Acceptable Use Policy

1. What PostG8 Is For

PostG8 is a content-led engagement tool for B2B founders doing their own sales on LinkedIn. The product is designed around a specific, inbound-triggered loop:

1. You publish content on your own LinkedIn profile.
2. Other LinkedIn users publicly engage with that content.
3. PostG8 helps you identify and follow up with people who raised their hand by engaging.

Every outbound action that PostG8 assists with — connection requests, direct messages, comments — requires explicit per-item human approval before it is sent. There is no bulk send, no auto-fire, and no action taken without a person reviewing and approving it first.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use PostG8 for:

• Creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts, carousels, and content series.
• Reviewing and managing a queue of posts to engage with (comment on) as part of a content growth strategy.
• Viewing engagers on your own LinkedIn posts and scoring them against your defined ICP.
• Sending individually reviewed, personalised connection requests or direct messages to people who have publicly engaged with your own content.
• Tracking the status of outreach to people who have engaged with your content.
• Generating AI-assisted content drafts, ideas, and outreach message starters for your own review and editing before use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PostG8 for any of the following:

Unsolicited outreach

• Contacting LinkedIn users who have not engaged with your own content.
• Sending unsolicited bulk connection requests or messages to people you have no prior interaction with.
• Using PostG8-generated message drafts to contact people outside the engagement queue flow.

Automation without approval

• Attempting to bypass the per-item human approval requirement on any outbound action.
• Using or building tools that automatically approve and send actions without human review.

Data misuse

• Exporting, downloading, or extracting engagement queue data to use in other tools, CRMs, or outreach systems.
• Using PostG8 to build or populate a contact list for use outside the Service.
• Presenting AI-generated profile estimates or illustrative engager data as verified real people to any third party.

Prohibited content

• Generating, drafting, or publishing sexual, adult, or NSFW content of any kind using the Service.

Deceptive and harmful conduct

• Generating or sending spam, misleading, or deceptive messages.
• Impersonating another person or organisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating any individual.
• Using the Service in any way that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, is in violation of this policy. Termination for policy violations does not entitle the account holder to a refund of any paid subscription fees.

We may take action without prior notice where we determine a violation is occurring or has occurred. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to respond before taking permanent action.

5. Reporting a Violation

If you believe a PostG8 user is violating this policy, or if you have received an unsolicited message you believe was sent using PostG8, contact us at support@postg8.com with details of the incident. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
