Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostG8 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Who We Are

PostG8 is operated by Siddharth Sharma ("we," "us," or "our"), with its principal place of business at DLF City, Gurugram, Haryana, India. For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@postg8.com.

3. Description of Services

PostG8 is a LinkedIn content generation and engagement SaaS platform. We currently offer:

• Trial: 14-day free trial with card required at signup. Full product access throughout the trial. Automatically converts to a paid Pro subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Pro Plan ($120/month): 100 AI content generations per month, unlimited image uploads, Signal Intelligence, Series Mode, Carousel Studio, Daily Playbook, and LinkedIn account connection via Unipile.

Features, limits, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Order Processing and Merchant of Record

When you purchase a Pro subscription, your payment is processed by Dodo Payments and your payment contract is with Dodo Payments, not with Siddharth Sharma. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' buyer terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Pro Plan is billed monthly at $120/month in USD.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month unless cancelled beforehand.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and collected by Dodo Payments at checkout based on your billing location.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@postg8.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Access to Pro features ceases at the end of that period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Because Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Dodo Payments at dodopayments.com. Dodo Payments' refund policy governs all transactions.

Dodo Payments may issue a discretionary refund for requests made within 14 days of a transaction or within 14 days from the date of a subscription renewal. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee a refund; Dodo Payments reviews each request individually.

Statutory refund rights under the laws of your jurisdiction — including the EU/EEA and UK 14-day statutory right of withdrawal — are not affected by this policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, deceptive, or misleading content.
• Use the Service in any way that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate any individual or organisation.
• Use the Service to contact people who have not engaged with your own content.
• Export collected engagement data from the Service for use in other tools or systems.
• Generate, draft, or publish sexual, adult, or NSFW content of any kind using the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

9. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the business context, company information, and other content you provide to PostG8 ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over content you generate using the Service.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including LinkedIn, Google Vertex AI / Gemini, Supabase, Unipile, Apify, Resend, Unsplash, and Dodo Payments. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for any particular business purpose.
• Results from using the Service will meet your specific objectives.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siddharth Sharma's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
